We are proud to offer free shipping for each sale over $75 as a thank you for choosing to shop our small business. Domestic Shipping is $10 for orders under $75.

Returns are accepted for store credit. Returns must be requested through our website form within 72 hours of receipt.

All sales final are final and no returns will be accepted or approved on promotional/sale days or on sales with which a coupon code is used.

"Last Chance" section items are all FINAL SALE with no returns or exchanges possible.

Customers that exceed a 15% return rate will have a 15% restocking fee added to all returns.  

Customers will be refunded in store credit in the form of a gift card code. Minus the initial cost of shipping. You will be required to pay for the cost of the return label back to us.  Returns are processed once a week so please allow 7 business days once your return is received for your return to be processed.  

We want you to find something you love! Once you return your items, you will receive an e-mail with a code to use online in the amount of your refund. This gift card can be used online or at a popup event.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

Shop Dandy is NOT liable for USPS First Class Mail or UPS packages that are lost or stolen and will not offer a refund. USPS Priority packages are insured up to $100 if lost or stolen. If you have an issue with a lost or stolen package you must call your local post office and file a claim or go to USPS.gov to file your claim.
